About

The Knights of Columbus was established in the late 1800 in New Haven Connecticut by The Venerable Father Michael McGivney to assist the wives and children of the coal miners who died in the mines. Since then, the Knights of Columbus has grown into one of the largest men’s groups with Councils across Canada, the US, Mexico and many other countries around the world and is one of the largest insurers of members and families.

Holy Family Knights of Columbus Council 9697 is active in the parish and the community supporting the various local charities in Kamloops. The Knights also are the administrators of Le Jeune Manor, a 55+residence located on the North Shore.
